Curtis Elliott Designs Ltd was commissioned by the Evans Farm Group to create an experience for potential customers of the feeling and flavor of a new community being built in southern Delaware County, Ohio. The ambitious project will offer over 2000 housing units with parks, trails, ponds and green spaces as well as a town center with shops, restaurants and gathering spots. The sales office is designed to give hints for finished homes and retail spaces, letting the customer's desires fill in the picture.
